Yvonne Marsh - My Story Local author Yvonne Marsh has always loved writing, music and dogs. Born and bred in Brisbane, Meanjin, Yvonne travelled to Canberra to study arts-law at the ANU. Following a busy career, Yvonne has now turned her energies back to the things that matter most, and her passion for writing both fiction and non-fiction. Her life’s happiness centres around family and close friends, particularly her three kids. Add three beloved big poodles to the mix and life can get pretty hectic. Yvonne’s first novel, Still Life, was published by Ginninderra Press in Canberra. Her recent novel, Raff’s Road Where Magic Happens, is for children aged 6 to 11 years. Yvonne invites contact by email at yvonne_frances@live.com.au.
Timo and Sonja Bretschneider - Our Story Love and Parkinson's disease ... in love at the age of 28, engaged at 29, married at 30, first child at 31 and in the same year the diagnosis "Parkinson's disease". Timo and Sonja tell of their unwanted three-way relationship with Mr. Palsy: how they experience everyday life, with the ups and downs of a chronic illness, and how they master family and work life in Asia and Germany, sometimes better, sometimes worse, with love and a healthy sense of humor. There is room for bizarre and devastating experiences as well as encouraging experiences and deep insights into what really counts in life. A somewhat different love story.
